First reaction: SHE'S SMILING!! :3
Immediate followup: I know that smile. That's the kind of smile that says "I'm still hurting inside." We kind of knew that already, though.
Still, she's smiling! I'm sure hanging out with the 10QN folks will do a bunch of good for her.
Winsbury grew up! Thank goodness he and Sullivan's shave. Where is Matt?
That was what struck me after I was done freaking out about Annie. Winsbury looks like an incredibly suave Super Saiyan.
That was my first thought as well. It's weird seeing them look so grown up!
The girls haven't really noticeably changed much at all, and Janet not at all, yet seeing them beside the older boys drives home that yup, our kids are growing up.
wipes tear
Winsbury grew up!
And got totally hot. Now I'm starting to take the Winsbury x Annie shipping thing seriously, and I'm a bit disturbed by that.
It's interesting to see that they have all grown up; It seemed like Annie and Kat were more mature-looking than the other kids for a while. I think it's nice that they have 'caught up'.
Wait, what happened to Winsbury and...whatsherface?
Still a thing. They're there standing right next to each other too. Ships don't care about such trivialities as characters already being in relationships, though.
Look like Tom doesn't care either lol
Now I'm wondering what happened to Matt.
Chasing Moon Girl maybe?
Seems he's with Background Becky Ground nowadays, so I guess it makes sense that he gets less panel time.
Oh my god, Renard.
Even when he's not a puppy, he's friggin adorable.
Renard for Puppy Bowl XII this weekend.
Someone on /co/ noted that Annie's a 7th wheel here. I have a bad feeling about this.
7th wheel and she brought her dad lol
This is not a problem, because he's a good boy, isn't he? Yes he is :3
Well, she did bring Renard...
Friends are so important :3 Ughh why do I have such a ridiculous emotional response to like everything that happens in this comic.
I think we all have that emotional response. It is what makes it such a good comic.
Awww, they all look so cute and mature!
I hope this goes well for Annie. I have a bad feeling something will go wrong though
I wonder how much time has passed since The Tree. The gang all looks like they've matured a bit since the last time we saw them.
I'm so glad that Kat had her change. It looks like the gang doesn't wear their uniforms anymore right? And Annie's back in a lower class so she still has to?
I think they still have to wear their uniforms in class. I guess Annie's just taken to wearing hers outside of class as well recently, maybe as a further signal of her disconnected personality?
This is my guess. They've always only been required to wear their uniforms during school hours.
Ah, yeah. When do they hit the age where they don't have to wear them? Next year?
Winsbury with that jawline
...aaand cue Zimmy. She hasn't shown up in a while.
SQUAAAAAAD
I really enjoyed seeing the Queslett gang all together. I know Annie is really self-conscious how they think about her, but they all seem to really care about her.
