The 40k human race suddenly gets a psychic field similar to the Orks. How powerful is the God Emperor now?

Disclaimer: not huge into 40k but know the basics of the universe

The Orks have a psychic field (the Waaagh!) which essentially makes it so the more Orks believe something and the stronger they believe it, the more true it is. Hence why da red wunz go fasta. Now, every human being in 40k gets this same psychic field. The overwhelming majority of humans have an unflinchingly dogmatic worship of the God Emperor, believing he is pretty much God. The Emperor is already a ludicrously powerful psychic. Juiced up on the beliefs of trillions of humans, how powerful is the new Emperor?
