Here is the manifesto:

• Bring about an almost completely free market, with regulations on just the banking sector and protecting the safety of workers (health and safety requirements etc, broadly limited working weeks).

• Support a non-interventionist foreign policy, with referendums on the EU, NATO and the continued use of our Trident nuclear deterrent.

• Implement a Land Value Taxation, and also a flat rate income tax (not including savings/investment) of below 10% with a personal allowance of £16,000.

• Implement a Negative Income Tax set at 50%, replacing a large amount of other welfare.

• Scrap the state health care and education provisions and replace them with vouchers provided to the lowest earners during the transition period.

• Commit to devolution to elected local councils.

• Support wide-ranging reform to increase civil liberties.

• Bring the free market to our rail service through an independent rail board.

• Strengthening property rights and the rule of law

• Commit to externality taxes instead of making activities illegal.
