(Wrote this rather quickly during Valentine's Day)

To my future Valentine

Though we haven’t met yet

I look forward to the day we do

For the man that I meet

Whom I am fortunate enough to cherish

And to who I am able to call my husband

I can’t wait to celebrate it with you

Until our paths cross

And our love is built upon and created

I shall sit and wait for that time to come

Where I stumble into your arms

Knowing that one day

Long ago

I wrote to you

With the faith that one day

I would be lucky enough

To call you my Valentine
