You do NOT have to persuade people on the phone. There is still mass misconception about it. Please learn just how simple it can be.

The purpose of these calls isn't to convince people. It's to gather information. Then that information is used to direct canvassers on the ground and a more experienced and knowledgeable set of phone bankers to people who haven't decided yet to convince them or to people strongly supporting Bernie to let them know how they can help.

You do not have to set a rigid schedule since there are calls through 7am-11pm eastern.

You do not have to collect particular equipment other than a phone and computer.

You can read script if you have trouble communicating

You do not need an American citizenship except to donate, while there are some alternatives if you have an accent.
