The Commonwealth is in need of reform. In many member nations, such as that in India or Ireland, there is a strong republican movement. The United Kingdom recognises that new Commonwealth member nations should not require to be Dominions. Therefore, from henceforth, both republics and indigenous monarchies will be allowed in the newly named Commonwealth of Nations. Sovereign states that recognise the Queen will be known as Commonwealth Realms.
