Worst first day at work yesterday. Could really use some help.

Yesterday was my first day working at a new office and suffice to say it has been pretty terrible and I could really use some advice. To start things off when I first came in one of my coworkers said he had a bunch of music on CDs that I could burn to my computer or something which I thought was kind of weird so I told him I was good and then he like got annoyed with me and left. After that I figured I was going to be "that guy" so I decided to try and mind my own business. We work in a secure facility and my desk is right next to the office door and one of my coworkers forgot her CAC at her desk and wanted me to just let her in. I literally know NO ONE here so I told her to go see the security POC and she got really pissed off. I mean it is a secure facility...I'm not just going to break the rules on my first day.

My supervisor invited me to lunch so we decided to go this little cafe across the street but then she flaked out last minute so I went by myself. This guy in the restaurant who I didn't know kept asking if he could check his email on my phone and when I told him no he got really pissed and then ended up stealing my fucking phone!!! I reported it to my security manager but jesus christ...right on base and everything. This office sucks. My inbox is constantly getting filled with spam and they have this weird office policy that when you answer your phone you have to remove your CAC card from your computer. I fucking hate this place. Everyone here is weird. Ohhh and to make it even worse everyone is required by our CC to go report once a day on any suspicious computer activity to this sketchy IT guy named Dave who is always creeping on the female airmen.
