What is, in your opinion, the worst standard environment you have ever played in? And Why?

It could be many reasons ranging from shear cost of the cards, (IE, Standard Caw-Blade), the low quality of cards (IE, Homelands) or even personal preference.

As for me, I don't really have one since I just started right after BFZ, so I don't have much perspective on these things.
