2015 Honda Accord LX- Alignment at 13k miles???

My dealer is recommending that I have my wheels aligned. I'm not a car expert, but that seemed a little odd to me for such a new car, so I asked for an alignment printout: http://imgur.com/RGMK5iM
This is a different language to me. Does anything look out of range? The service specialist (AKA salesman) insists that it needs one.
