Best place to put Emergency Fund?

Hi everyone,

Currently, I have my emergency fund sitting in a TD all-inclusive account with minimum balance ($5k). I also have the First Class Travel Visa Infinite card. The annual fee is $120 for the card but it is waived because of the minimum balance.

However, I realize that $5k sitting around doing nothing isn't the best and that it probably would be better for me to take the $120 hit and put the $5k elsewhere.

Since it's an emergency fund, I'll need access to it quickly so I don't think investing is the way to go. I've heard some things about EQ Bank and their 3% daily savings account but I'm not sure how easy it is to access.

Can anyone recommend me a place to move the $5k that's easy for me to access?
