Returning Players Looking for PvE Server

My friend and I(and possible a 3rd and 4th) are looking for a PvE server to play on. We are mostly interested in taming/building a self-sustaining base. We are pretty flexible on our build locations. Would prefer a fairly low population server to avoid clutter from dead structures.
