###Build Help/Ready:

Have you read the sidebar and rules? (Please do)

Hi everyone, I built a PC over the summer of 2015 using the very little experience I got from some high school courses, and to be blunt, it didn't survive it's first year. Ready to try again and want to get a better performance as well as a better life time out of it.

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better. At the very least I want to run World of Warcraft at ultra with constant 60fps and maintain that throughout legion. Also thinking about getting some Unity under my belt so having that run smoothly would be needed as well.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

Replace this text with your answer.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)? Preferably no more then $2000 CND, will push to $2500 if I need to.

In what country are you purchasing your parts? Probably buy it most of it from Canadian websites

Post a draft of your potential build here (specific parts please). Consider formatting your parts list. Don't ask to be spoonfed a build (read the rules!). PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Provide any additional details you wish below.

I honestly hope I did an alright job because I only roughly know what I'm doing. Also things like an optical drive and wireless I can probably snag off my old rig.

NOTE: You do not have to follow this format, but please be sure to answer these questions. Please do not ask to simply be given a build. You are welcome to delete this section.
