Are there any Chemex filters for more body?

I'm still new to brewing/roasting and I'm eager to learn just about everything I can about coffee. I'm currently using Chemex's regular paper filters. After googling, it appears the Chemex just makes coffee that doesn't have much body. I'm assuming it's not actually the Chemex, but rather the filter being used.

I think I like coffee with a lot of body. Are there any filters I can use (not sure if a metal strainer is for me) that will allow me to get more body?
