What are your favourite lots (not houses)?

I was thinking of building a new house for my sims, but I can never seem to decide where to build it! I tried googling to see what lots are peoples favourite, but can't seem to find any opinions so I thought I'd ask here!

Right now I am playing on Parkshore in Willow Creek, which is nice because it's right next to a little park with some chess boards, a grill, and a boat for the children to play on. It is also right by a river with beautiful sceneries and you can fish there too.

What are your favourite lots in terms of the surroundings?
