Can I use FSA funds to pay for COBRA health insurance premiums?

Like the title says. I haven't signed up for COBRA, because I have new insurance, but I might want to sign-up anyway because I've got an expensive procedure coming up and double-coverage might pay off.

It would pay off even more if I could use FSA funds to pay for the COBRA premiums. The google searches I've done seem to be about using COBRA extensions to extend my FSA redemption deadline, which isn't my question.
