Are any other guys into wearing "sexy" [underwear]? How do you women feel about it?

So as a guy I've always been into wearing underwear that makes me feel attractive in much the same way I'd imagine women feel when wearing lingerie or something. I'm not talking about man thongs or anything like that, but I own a pretty wide array of boxer briefs, trunks, and briefs in all sorts of colors, brands, and designs.

I know women aren't generally as visual as men and briefs aren't particularly popular, but for me that's the underwear I feel the most attractive in and the most comfortable. I get super turned on whenever I'm gearing up for sexy time with someone and I'm stripped to my briefs. I'm in pretty good shape, not far from the model in the picture, so I love the way briefs in particular accentuate my body and curves. My current girlfriend doesn't really care/goes along with it, but I'm hoping she can take more a liking to it because for whatever reason "sexy" underwear does so much for my own libido and improves foreplay and sex immensely.
