Poppy's E so bugged

If you E someone as Poppy you should dash to them and then carry them a bit forward (basically knock them back and dash with them). However that's not always the case. I found quite frequent bug, when you dash to enemy but then just knock them backwards and/or not even stunning them on collision with a wall. This can even end up as saving an enemy in a teamfight. I'll add some evidence tomorrow, but this happens so often that I'm sure someone can refer to it
