How justified is the Corey Seager hype?

I own him in a dynasty, 5x5 with OBP. Obviously he was lights out on the Dodgers last year, but his minor league numbers really aren't that amazing. He was very average in AAA with a .278 / .332 / .451 split. Is there a reason for the gap between major and minor league numbers? I realize BABIP was a factor, but BB%, K%, ISO were all significantly better than in the minors, and Steamer projects a very meh .265 / .315 / .423 from him this year.

Am I nuts to consider something like Mookie Betts and Joc Pederson for Seager?
