Is there health data available similar to Heritage Health Prize?

Just wondering if anyone is aware of datasets for healthcare, like the Heritage Health Prize, which are available for research? Anonymised patient records, lab test results, etc.

I am trying to build a model to predict re-admission rates to hospitals, but it could be several months before the dataset becomes available because of legal agreements. I'm keen to find something similar to work on in the meantime.
