Does Dalinar seriously get a boner or am I crazy?

Way of Kings Chapter 52:

"Dalinar," [Navani] said, walking up to him. "That would kind of defeat the purpose of sending Adolin away. I was after some privacy."

Dalinar felt him himself growing stiff.

Context: Dalinar just finished recording his vision to Navani. Afterwards, she sends Adolin away. Dalinar is totally crushing on her hard and then she starts being flirty with him. He totally gets a boner. Kind of weird, but I guess I'm into it.
