We are close to maxing out our contributions to the primary campaign. It's clear from questions in some subreddits that some people are unaware that the $2,700 limit is for each individual election/race.

What that means is that once you max out for the primary you can contribute to the general election once the primary is over.

I know that most of us won't be able to max out either total.

We are so proud to be able to help the campaign in this way because our personal long term financial situation is going to go to shit if Bernie doesn't preserve the disability pension. Until I am made redundant (here in Australia's closing automotive industry) we can afford these donations but this is likely the last set of campaigns we will be able to afford to donate to.
