Urgent help needed with finding information on civil/human rights

Hey friends. I am dealing with a particularly sensitive situation and am looking for some advice on organizations or any sort of outreach program.

I am looking for any information on human rights specific to Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, or at least the US. Without going into much detail (as it is not my place to share other people's private information) I am curious about what to do/who to talk to do figure out if someone's rights have been violated/breached and if any sort of legal actions can be and/or need to be taken.

The subject pertains to private/personal medical information, discrimination, defamation, and falsifying statements.

I am looking for any and all help so please don't hesitate so message me even if you think it wouldn't help or is dumb. All I need is a starting off point like a website, phone number, program, or anything else that is related to these issues.
