Need some help

Hi everyone!

I know this type of post has been submitted a lot, but I need some help planning out my trip. I am currently deployed in place in Turkey and will be separated from my girlfriend until April of next year. We have agreed that when I arrive at my next assignment we will get married.

So I have an entire year to work this out. I was planning on staying 6 nights at the Little Mermaid Themed Room (affordable and she wants the room to be Disney themed) 4 days with hopper pass and memory maker and then the other two days would be spent at Universal Studios. I'm trying to keep the entire cost of the trip under $3,000.

Is the table dining package too expensive/is it worth it? What should we absolutely see? I haven't been to Disney World since 2010 and have no idea how much has been added/changed. Also, what is the best time of year to go?

We are both in our early 20's and absolutely love Disney. We have both been to all of the Disney Parks around the world (most recent being Disney Paris twice last year) and I'm just trying to make it as magical as possible to make her happy. Also, partly to make up for being gone for 15 months.
