raspbx + X-Lite = SIP 503 Error

I have raspbx running and I have configured two extensions. 200 & 201. One is a softphone (X-Lite) on windows 10. It gives me an "account failed to enable" & "SIP error 503". I also tried 3CX and CSipSimple on android with different extensions and they say "inactive". FreePBX shows 2 offline SIP peers.

Where is the best place to access log files? The asterisk log files on the web GUI seem unhelpful.

Also, it is important to note that I will be doing only internal calls and my LAN is connected with a Netgear router. Is my router blocking SIP traffic on my LAN?

EDIT: So I solved my problem by making my RaspberryPi's IP static. I have no idea why this solved my issue. Does anyone have an answer for that?
