"The rainmaker inksploded"

SOLVED

I was playing RM earlier, leading the carrier towards the goal (this was on Camp Triggerfish, btw). After wiping out three people, we were in the clear. I spammed "C'mon!" (my other teammates besides the carrier had perished) and started walking forward. My back was to the carrier.

Then, I suddenly died, with the death message "The Rainmaker inksploded!" At first I thought it was a disconnect, but we still had four teammates.

So... what happened?
