Intel i5-6500 Cooler?

building noob here, and I was wondering if the stock cooler that comes with this cpu model: http://www.superbiiz.com/detail.php?name=I5-6500BOX&c=CJ is good enough to handle full load without significant noise or if I should be going for a separate air or water cooler?
