Is it possible to run website on different port without the need of typing that port into the URL?

Hey!

So if my Port 80 is used already and I would have to take another port (654 for example), would the user always need to type "http://url.com:654" or could I configure it so that he only needs to type "http://url.com" that redirects it automatically to port 654? If yes, how can you do that?
