Lag is back in Brazilian Servers, PC version!!!

Guys

Are you aware about the lag is back at Brazilian Servers at PC after the Starter Pack release?

Seems like our servers can not handle the ammount of players here in Brazil

Is anyone from Brazil with same issue? An can someone from Treyarch say a word about this issue? No one answer at twitter

Thanks
