Ilocano translation. Help me out?

Hi, hoping someone on here speaks Ilocano & is willing to help me. I'm wondering how you would say "eye of god" or "god's eye" in Ilocano. It's for the title of an art piece I'm making. I'm also very interested in any online resources you may know of for studying Ilocano. My father's family is from Camiling & I've always been interested in learning the language. He moved to the US at 7yrs old so he pretty much forgot everything but counting & swearing, ha. He can understand it if he hangs around his older brothers for a few days, but never retains enough to teach me. Thanks in advance!
