Didn't see any post or comment about this yesterday so posting it now.. Echo Fox exploiting pink ward bug vs Team Liquid yesterday

In this clip you see Team Liquid trying to sneak a baron attempt, they have a pink ward in the pit and all wards are cleared. However since Echo fox placed their pink ward on the very edge of the pit TL doesn't see it (a known bug), and have no clue that Echo fox actually has vision of them. In the upcoming fight, Echo fox gets some kills and manages to turn the game around. Is this punishable?
