If war hasn't changed, then turrets need to be allowed

Turrets are a vital defense for any tribe, but that goes doubly for small tribes. They are relatively low upkeep and easy to make in the first place. Even with only "online"raiding what this could potentially mean is ten players vs one. This is a hopeless situation for a player with no more protection than himself and his dinos. Turrets help to offset the innate imbalance between small and large to some extent.

I also see the other aspect of this, which is keeping turrets inside to facilitate roleplay. In my opinion this is actually hindering roleplay. If you're a group who wants visitors you can set up a trading house/area close by for people to drop in. Likewise, you could be a group who doesn't like visitors and wants all foreign scum to leave!
