Where is the place where i can whine on abandons?

Seriously so many games lost after 1 player just dc's on u, im sure they have proposed this already but, valve should really really just count game for the leaver, and the rest of the team get a clean no game count from safe to leave point, coz i get it lets punish leavers but the ones that stay to play still get the scored of loses augmented. Some of us really want to be positive but i dont think this solution is bad at all.

If there is another reddit post where i can join pls tell me
