Stats are Glitchy and Shouldn't Be Trusted

So, noticed that swapping out equipment and what not... the display stats in your menu can't be trusted. They just kind of seem to display randomly between the old piece of gear you had on and the newer piece of gear. Restarting the game fixes it, or at least it APPEARS to fix it... but then messing with gear again just glitches it out again.

Anyone else notice this?
