Where can I find the metal tipped window switches for an 06 MKV GTI?

Hey!

The rubberized coating on my 06 window switches are peeling and I'd like to replace them.

I used to get stuff from OEMPlus.com but for some reason I'm not able to access the site and it's been years since I've bought any parts for my GTI.
