Is there a noob guide anywhere to this game? Builds and how to play specifically

trying out a few builds and its becoming very obvious right off the bat that how you build your team is important. i can go from getting destroyed to destroying the first few fights. also the items like fire arrows and grenades seem very useful but no idea where to get stuff like that.

has anyone made any guides for noobies that would guide them on how to start out, what to build, etc just to get the hang of things?

edit: btw i made 2 lone wolves (dont like to micromanage a party) and it seems pretty strong. am i going to pay for this later since i'll be missing half the party ?
