Can't find .ini file for dsfix

I don't know if I'm just a complete idiot or what, but I can't find the .ini file anywhere so I can install dsfix.

Here are two links with paths I followed and the folder isn't in any of them:

and here are screenshots of the file paths: (I also don't have hidden files enabled)

any help would be really appreciated.

edit- is it supposed to show up after I drag all of the contents of dsfix into the data folder? Because when I do, it's just not showing up.
