Cleaning during renovations

I'm in the process of getting a new kitchen fitted, a new boiler installed and pipes in my bathroom repaired. It's overwhelming - everything's everywhere and the dust is shocking!

Anyway, workmen were here Thursday and Friday, back tomorrow, until Thursday.

I managed to clean as much as I could today using the UFYH 'emergency cleaning' guidelines. I done a 45/15 and a 20/10.

Bins out, surfaces cleaned (so dusty despite using dust sheets), bed stripped and clean bedding put on. Even managed to clean my makeup brushes which I've been putting off for ages!! Yeah! Cleaned the bathroom, mopped the floor, hoovered.

Have to take my clothes to a laundrette tomorrow as I'm unable to wash and dry them whilst the workmen are here.

It's not much but I'm glad I done something rather than just sit and stress about the mess.

Had a lovely lush bath and waiting on a takeaway now.

Madness begins again at 8am :)
