Switching to touring/offroad

Hello fellow riders, I need your advice. I ride Suzuki Bandit for two years, but now I feel that I need something more versatile. A bike, that I can pull from road into forest or some grassland, but also it would perform well in daily traffic commute. It should have ABS, fuel injection, preferably v-twin, and upright position in saddle. I have tight budget, so newest BMW is out of scope ;) I consider such bikes: Suzuki DL 650 V-strom Kawasaki Versys BMW F650 GS

V-strom is my primary choice, but that is where I need you advice. Is there any other similar bike in such price range? Or maybe one of them has well known pros/cons, that overweight the others? I have 187cm (6'2''), ~85kg (192lbs)
