10GbE ESXi to FreeNAS - is this the best way?

I'm trying to connect my ESXi host (I have 2) to FreeNAS. Based on what I read Dell RN219 is supported in both so is this what I need:

I'm looking for something that is supported in both ESXi and FreeNAS out of the box and is basically plug and play.
