In Regards to Team Hungary's Latest Post in the Incubator

As I write, the Hungarian for English speakers course was just updated in the incubator. In the tl;dr section of the latest post, it mentions about how they need to check with the Duolingo community. What is he referring to? The learners in Duolingo, or the creators and behind-the-scenes staff of Duolingo? THIS IS STRESSING ME OUT SO MUCH.
