Hey everyone, I am glad to be be serving you in this fight. I will always be here if anyone needs me to talk about anything. We need to remember that this war is so much more then just refraining from PMO, its about changing our lives and being the best us we can possibly be. Socrates once said

“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”

This is something that we should live by, It doesn't just apply for physical health and ability but towards our every day lives and our attitude towards our passions.

We can become the master of anything if we put the time and effort into it. I firmly believe that everyone is capable of anything. Lets take the time that we would be PMO'ing and put it towards something bigger and better.
