Making a quiz. Need help (C#/C++/Java)

Hey everyone. Sorry to trouble you but I am trying to make a program for myself that would help me out with my course. I'm currently taking a Fish and Wildlife program which requires picture identification like tree's, fish, mammals, etc... I know this is going to take awhile for me to complete but the goal is to have it ready for September.

Anyhow I also want to learn programming so I figure this would be a good start. I know some python, html, css, so I have some basic understanding. My question is which language/languages should I use to create this.

My goals are to be able to:

1. Import pictures/descriptions with easy editing and importing.
2. Quiz myself on whatever course I pick.
3. Add additional features and courses in the future.

As simple as it sounds, it is very hard to find information on Youtube or in general. I've tried C# to import the fields "Species, Course, Test" into an Access database and that's been giving me problems and now I just don't know how to approach it.

Can someone please give me an idea of how to structure this and tips on how to complete this. I want to use C#, Java, or C++ but not sure which one would be the best for it. Also not sure how I sure store the images and retrieve them.

Thanks.
