Fever vs ovulation?

Wondering if anyone has any advice for temping while sick. On Thursday and Friday I had chills/cold sweat/overheated and I've had a sore throat and felt sick all weekend. It's also about the time I should ovulate, so I'm trying to figure out if I ovulated or if my temps were just high because I had a slight fever... My temp never went above 99.4 at any given time over the weekend. My highest normal temp is during my LP and is usually mid 98s.
