Can't open the game, never seen this issue before.

It doesn't let me open the game. Has anyone encountered this before? I click run, then I choose the version (no version changes, same result every time), then it says running, but then it just stops. Has anyone seen this before? Here is a gif of what happens https://i.gyazo.com/a40bf427ebdc5cd0ba72b67c95d68119.gif

It cuts off but it never actually opens. I don't even get an error message. Anyone have any ideas?
