How we made marketing automation work and why content is still king

We launched Sentopia.net (www.sentopia.net) in May 2015 to help our customers find practical a solution to automate their marketing efforts through direct and drip email campaigns. Since then, development on our platform has never stopped with several user requested features being added. Our customers know that accurate metrics and ease of use are of the utmost importance. Our end goal has always been to offer a tailored solution with our customers in mind and that we believe was what enable us to keep growing. We were able to create a marketing automation solution for marketeers that focuses on what matters most and so we can offer a much better value since our team is quite small. It takes a lot of hard work to keep up with best practices and keep our platforms running smoothly. Automated links on every built-in template or campaign ensure that subscribers will always have the option to be removed from that particular list.

Customer centered support allowed us not only in keeping customers happy but also to massively improve our service, we’ve been successful in providing our customers with the features they actually need and use daily, our system is reliable, secure, and our real time metrics let our customer know exactly how their campaigns are doing at a glance.

What we've learned so far is that in fact content is king if you want to keep users interested and see metrics improve as no one likes to engage with bad content. Also we've learned that no service is ever perfect at launch but with hard work, great communication, awesome customer support and crucial feedback (especially negative feedback) it can be the perfect solution. At the end of the day, that is what actually matters the most.
