Results Post -- Game of the Week Challenge #8: Penn State @ Rutgers

Recap: Although Penn State got the win as everyone predicted, Rutgers gave them a game. In the 1st half Penn State went on an 11-0 run, but Rutgers responded with a 9-0 run of their own. Rutgers continued to play well at the start of the second half, taking the lead 5 minutes in, but from then on the Nittany Lions took over.

The biggest factors in Penn State's win were 3 Pt shooting and offensive rebounds. The Nittany Lions were 9-22 from beyond the arc, compared to 2-11 from the Scarlet Knights, despite the fact that on the season they are shooting at close to the same rate. PSU snagged 15 offensive rebounds to Rutgers' 6.

Everyone picked Penn State, but also, almost everyone got points from both the margin of victory and the total points. With a low score of 55, it was an impressive set of predictions this week. Well done!
