Should i take a break from dota

So i was almost out of 2k i was siting at 2.8 was on a 6 game wining streak feeling good then i started trading wins and losses no bid dead still at 2.8. Then i star losing 2 games wining one drop down to about 2.6 still not really worried then a 7 game losing streak hits me. so at this point im not feeling good im not salty or really upset at my teams i just figure im messing up so i start supporting. well now im siting at 2.3k and my teammates just keep getting worse they dont call missing they dont buy wards when they support and wont gank when you ask. So what im really trying to ask is am i just bad and have had good players carry me for the past 3 months or am i getting matched up with bad players?
