Modern Home Exterior (Asset or other) for Unity?

This is for an animation I'm doing using Unity, and not a game. So looking high poly since performance is only a problem for me :-)

I have a scene where I'd like to have my two characters walk through a door leading from a home office to a path outside. Picture in my mind is of something fairly modern with a lot of glass and wood. I can find decent interior models, but exteriors for homes seem to be few and far between. Is there something in the asset store I've missed, or some option to pull stuff in from somewhere else that everyone uses?

Worst case I would be fine with a "prop" modern home exterior and just cut between the indoor and outdoor segments.
