Dealing with the fact she's into Araragi

What am I supposed to do about the fact that my waifu is into someone else? What strategy can I use to simply forget it? I've tried thinking Araragi is in fact me, or simply ignoring it, but it doesn't seem to work much. I can't get this out of my head.
