Floating above some rocks in Whiterun

I thought this might be an issue with the Comprehensive Whiterun Bugfix, but after removing it the issue persists. However, I never noticed the issue before installing it. With mod organizer, could the changes by that mod have somehow screwed up my save file forever?

Or is it another mod I have?

Thanks in advance!
